Appeared in a re-occuring guest role in popular New Zealand drama "Shortland Street" as district health board baddie "Wlliam Nugent".

Celebrates 20 years of performing stand up comedy.

Wrote then performed "Andy Clay's Book of Love" during the NZ International Comedy Festival to critical acclaim. (Nominated for best show of the festival)

Hosted shows on Bsport radio (a sports radio show) 

Started writing semi-autobiographical play "Andy Clay's Book of Love"

Performed in the UK, Irelandand Holland extensively. Jongleurs in the UK, Toomlers in Amsterdam and the Glee Club in Cardiff/Wales.

Performed for New Zealand and United Nations peace keeping troups in East Timor.
